Shipping Policy
The PowderDepot.com warehouse located at 5689 NW 35th Ct, Miami, FL, operates Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm EST and observes all federal holidays. Kindly allow a minimum of 1 business day for order processing. All orders default to UPS Ground shipping unless an express shipping option is selected. We only ship within the US.
Express shipping orders placed after 11am EST will be processed next business day. We are available via the chat box during normal business hours for more information.
PowderDepot.com is not responsible for delayed shipment due to carrier issues or inclement weather. We are committed to fulfilling your orders in a timely manner in the order we receive them.
PowderDepot.com does not currently ship internationally.
The export of any product purchased from PowderDepot.com must be made in accordance with all relevant laws of the US, including and without limitation, the US Export Administration Regulations. This may require that you obtain a formal export license or make certain declarations to the US Government regarding products to be exported, their destination or their end-use.
