Shipping Policy
The PowderDepot.com warehouse in Miami, FL operates Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm EST and observes all federal holidays. Kindly allow a minimum of 1 business day for order processing. All orders default to UPS Ground shipping unless an express shipping option is selected.
Express shipping orders placed after 11am EST will be processed next business day. We are available via the chat box during normal business hours for more information.
PowderDepot.com is not responsible for delayed shipment due to carrier issues or inclement weather. We are committed to fulfilling your orders in a timely manner in the order we receive them.
We currently do not offer international shipments outside of the United States.
