Cancellation Request & Return Policy 

All cancellation requests must be submitted to order@powderdepot.com within 24 hours of order confirmation. Requests are not guaranteed.

Powder Depot does not offer returns at this time. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete please submit a photo and a brief message to order@powderdepot.com.

PLEASE NOTE that extreme temperatures may damage powder coatings. If they are exposed to temperatures of 75 degrees F for more for several hours clumping and other application issues may arise. PowderDepot.com recommends a three day service or less when shipping any heat sensitive powders. PowderDepot.com will not be responsible for any damaged powder coating due to heat exposure.
