Please provide accurate email and phone number information when checking out. In the event we need to contact you for an order update, PowderDepot.com will not be held responsible for delay in fulfillment due to incorrect customer contact information.

Shipping Policy

The PowderDepot.com warehouse in Miami, FL operates Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm EST and observes all federal holidays. Kindly allow 1 business day for order processing. All orders default to UPS Ground shipping unless an express shipping option is selected.

Express shipping orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed next business day. We are available via the chat box during normal business hours for more information.

PowderDepot.com is not responsible for delayed shipment due to carrier issues or inclement weather. We are committed to fulfilling your orders in a timely manner in the order we receive them.

Local Pick Up

Orders placed for local pickup can be collected at FAMIS Inc. in Miami, FL Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm EST at 5689 NW 35th Ct, Miami, FL 33142.

Orders are typically available for pick up the following business day and you will be notified via email when your order is ready.

Cancelation/Return Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted to order@powderdepot.com within 24 hours of order confirmation. Requests are not guaranteed.

PowderDepot.com does not offer returns at this time. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please submit a photo and a brief message to order@powderdepot.com.

Requests for C of C, SDS & TDS forms

In order to ensure accuracy, authorized distributor Certification of Compliance document requests must be purchased at the time of checkout. We do not offer or provide a manufacturer certificate at any time.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) & Technical Data Sheets (TDS) may be requested as a 'note' during checkout, or via email at order@powderdepot.com.

Powder Care Instructions

PLEASE NOTE that extreme temperatures may damage powder coatings. If they are exposed to temperatures of 75 degrees F for more for several hours, clumping and other application issues may arise.

PowderDepot.com recommends a three day service or less when shipping any heat sensitive powders. PowderDepot.com will not be responsible for any damaged powder coating due to heat exposure.
